Schedule: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Delays: If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Courier Service: We use The Courier Guy for all nationwide deliveries within South Africa.

Shipping Fees: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on parcel weight, dimensions, and your delivery address.

Delivery Windows: Standard shipping to major centres typically takes 1 to 3 business days after dispatch. Deliveries to regional or remote areas may take 3 to 5 business days.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Tracking Details: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or WhatsApp notification once your order has shipped, containing your The Courier Guy tracking number(s).

Active Status: The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of dispatch.

4. Service Interruptions & Undeliverable Parcels

Delays Outside Our Control: While we are using reliable courier, we are not liable for transit delays caused by severe weather, industrial action, or courier service disruptions.

Incorrect Addresses: Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional redelivery fees may apply if a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable.
