Welcome to Glowing3D (accessible via glowing3d.com). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our custom 3D-printed products. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Custom Orders & Previews

  • Design Approval: We provide a free digital preview of your custom photo lamp or cube lamp before production. It is your responsibility to review the preview carefully. Once you give final approval via our website or WhatsApp, production begins, and no further changes can be made.

  • Photo Quality: The quality of the final 3D-printed lithophane depends heavily on the quality of the photo you upload. We are not responsible for poor print results resulting from low-resolution, blurry, or poorly lit images provided by the customer.

  • Content Restrictions: We reserve the right to refuse any order containing images that are illegal, abusive, obscene, or infringe on third-party copyrights.

2. Pricing and Payments

  • Rates: All prices listed on glowing3d.com are in South African Rand (ZAR) and exclude shipping fees unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment Terms: Full payment is required before we begin the manufacturing and 3D-printing process for your custom order.

  • Secure Transactions: Payments are processed securely through our website's integrated payment gateways. We do not store or have access to your credit card or banking details.

 

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Courier Service: All nationwide deliveries are handled by our logistics partner, The Courier Guy.

  • Fulfillment Time: Custom 3D printing requires care. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, followed by a 1 to 3 business day transit window via the courier to major centres (longer for regional areas).

  • Delivery Responsibility: We are not liable for transit delays caused by courier disruptions or incorrect address details provided at checkout.

 

4. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • Custom Products Policy: Because our products are uniquely customized with your personal photos, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for changes of mind once production has commenced or the item has been delivered.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your lamp arrives damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof. We will happily replace the defective or damaged item at no additional cost to you.

  • Cancellations: You may cancel an order for a full refund only if production on your custom design has not yet started.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

Glowing3D, its owners, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase and use of our 3D-printed products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product in question.

 

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
